This course is essentially designed to improve the students' language skill focusing on reading comprehension. The students are expected to be able understand of various reading texts. They are able to comprehend the information and facts directly stated in the text. They can get main ideas, general and specific information from the texts. Deducing the meaning of words, phrases, and sentences, based on the context. Retell and summarize reading text.
